General situation:

1. Clouds associated with the remnants of a frontal system are approaching the island from the South and will influence the local weather as from late this morning.
2. Afterwards, a strong anticyclone far to the South of the Mascarenes will cause moderate trades over our region.

Forecast for the next 24 hours:

Fair weather in the morning.
Gradually cloudy late in the morning over the Southern half of the island and over the central plateau with showers. 
The showers will progressively spread in other sectors in the afternoon.

The maximum temperature will be between 23 and 25 degrees Celsius over the highgrounds and between 27 and 29 degrees Celsius over the coastal regions.

Rather cloudy in the evening with showers mainly to the South, the East and over the central plateau.
The sky will gradually clear up during the night. 

The minimum temperature will be between 15 and 17 degrees Celsius over the highgrounds and between 19 and 21 degrees Celsius elsewhere.

Wind will blow from the Southeast at about 15 km/h, strengthening tonight.

Sea becoming gradually rough beyond the reefs in the morning with Southerly swells of the order of 2 metres 50.
Ventures in the open seas are not advised as from this morning.
